Carterisms

Carter to mommy regarding mommy's running shoes: "Pretty purple shoes, mommy, pretty!"

Carter to Quinn when she is crying: "I know, I know, I know, sissy.  I'm sorry sissy, I'm sorry."

Carter singing at the park while removing bark from the play tube: "Clean up, clean up, time for clean up!"

Carter after he does something on his own (yelling while running circles): "I did it! I did it! I did it!"

Carter leaving the kitchen: "Bye drink, bye blueberries, bye crackers, etc..."

Carter to mommy after his nap: "Hi Mommy, I'm Carter.  I'm back!"

1 Month

The many faces of little Miss Quinn at 1 month old.  She's has quite the personality already!

At one month Quinn:

- is 10 pounds, 1 ounce and 21 inches long
- gives us lots of smiles, especially after eating
- loves to be held and snuggled
- soothes herself by sucking on her hands
- is a light sleeper- every time we think she's asleep, she opens her eyes to say hello
- has blue eyes, just like Carter and daddy
- enjoys the baby swing...hooray!
