Fenway's 100th Anniversary

Tomorrow is the 100th Anniversary of the Red Sox's first game at Fenway Park.  We are big fans of baseball (and especially the Red Sox) so we were excited to take part in the celebratory festivities!  Last year for Chris' first Father's Day, we gave him a commemorative brick which was placed inside Fenway as a permanent symbol of the anniversary.  The bricks were finally finished in the park so today we went to see them in person and also explore the field and eat yummy baseball treats!

Chris' brick is located at Gate B (Ipswich entrance) in the Wally section.  We were all excited to see it, but Carter wasn't too pleased when we tried to get a family shot.

Carter did get a kick out of this cut-out face though!  Chris and I thought it was perfect since Buchholz, who is featured in the picture, has long hair that sticks out under his baseball hat, just like little Carter's!
