Nemo

We survived Nemo this weekend and enjoyed being locked inside for a few days.  I tried to explain to Carter that we were having a snow day, but he was convinced it was a swim day instead.  He even insisted on wearing his swim vest for most of the day!

I'm not sure I captured the full effect of the storm in these pictures, but there is A LOT of snow outside!  The total snow accumulation in Boston was 24.9 inches and after our driveway was plowed, we now have a five foot mountain of snow in the yard.

All in all, we had fun.  We played trains...a lot,

watched movies, and...

modeled the swim vest.

How much more fun could a blizzard be?  Now let's all hope it melts quickly!
