Valentine's Day

Chris was unfortunately out of town on Valentine's Day, but Carter was a fantastic stand in for Daddy.  Carter and I went on a special date for bagels and freshly squeezed orange juice at Bruegger's and then for entertainment, Carter insisted we play cars in the restaurant booth.  What a sweetie!  We both had a great time and enjoyed our breakfast. 

We definitely missed Daddy who had to be gone all week so Carter and I put together a little "heart attack" for him to come home to.  Carter picked out the colored paper and did the coloring while I did the cutting.  

Even though Chris was really busy, he didn't forget about the holiday and he found time to send a beautiful surprise that made my day!
